Website estimates are for planning purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing and scope are established by written agreement. Actual pricing may depend on turf, geography, schedule, staffing availability, survey requirements, materials, data systems, compliance requirements, and contract terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious files, scrape it in a manner that impairs service, or use it in violation of law.

4. Accuracy and availability

PrecinctWorks works to keep public information useful and current but does not warrant that every item is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Location classifications are estimates and may be manually corrected before requesting a proposal.

5. Intellectual property

The PrecinctWorks name, branding, site design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Postell Venture Group LLC, subject to rights in third-party data and tools.

6. Independent provider

PrecinctWorks is an independent political field-services provider and is not affiliated with any candidate, political party, committee, or organization unless specifically stated.

7. Governing terms

Any paid services are governed by a separately executed agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
